The work utilizes a surrealistic approach of exquisite corpses. Exquisite corpse is an automatic technique that allows multiple artists to collaborate by drawing on to each section of the quarter-folded paper to create a collage. As shown above, the second dimensional exquisite corpse was reinterpreted into a form of the third dimensional artistic figure via sensory inputs of the artist. The work portrays a lady, waiting for a man to dance with her at the ballroom.
